RCG Digital Media was proud to partner with Yahoo Life to tell the powerful story of Trude Lamb, a student activist in Tyler, Texas, a deeply Southern community shaped by a long and complex history around race. Known nationally for its rose gardens and as the hometown of Earl Campbell, Tyler also sits at the crossroads of the same racial tensions and conversations that have defined much of the Deep South. During the COVID-19 pandemic and amid the rise of the Black Lives Matter movement, Trude encountered racism firsthand and led a courageous effort to change the name of her school. RCG handled all post-production services and led the creative ideation and execution of how the story was told.
